I spent fifteen years in operations and general management before training as a coach — and that background shapes everything about how I work. I understand what it’s like to be accountable for outcomes, to lead through ambiguity, and to have your leadership style scrutinized in ways that feel both important and oddly personal.
My work is focused on the intersection of leadership presence and personal pattern — the habits of mind and behaviour that shape how you show up under pressure, how you communicate in high-stakes situations, and how you make decisions when the right answer isn’t clear. These are skills that can be developed. They are also, in my experience, inseparable from who you are as a person.
I work exclusively in structured 3-month engagements. This isn’t about protecting my schedule — it’s because meaningful leadership development takes sustained attention, and I’ve seen too many one-off coaching conversations that feel good in the moment and change nothing. The package format allows us to work with real situations as they arise, build on what we learn, and finish with something durable.
My clients include VPs and C-suite leaders at mid-size companies, founders navigating the transition from builder to leader, and senior managers preparing for their next level of responsibility. I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
