I became a coach after my own experience of walking away from a career that looked right on paper but felt completely wrong — and realizing there was almost no one helping people think through that kind of decision clearly and honestly.
That experience shaped how I work. I don’t believe in pushing people toward change for its own sake. I believe in helping you get honest about what you actually want, what’s getting in the way, and what a realistic path forward looks like from where you are right now.
My clients are often at a turning point — a career that’s run its course, a relationship that’s ended, a move to a new city, a chapter that’s closing without a clear sense of what comes next. What they share is the feeling of being between things, and the need for a thinking partner who will take their situation seriously without projecting an agenda onto it.
I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and have been coaching for seven years. My approach draws on co-active principles and acceptance and commitment therapy — which means we work with who you actually are, not who you think you should be.
Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually, and booked individually. There are no packages or commitments required. Some clients work with me for a few months; others check in seasonally. We figure out what makes sense for you.
