How to Update & Manage Your Listing
Step-by-step instructions for logging in and editing your Life-Coaches.ca directory listing — photo, links, focus areas, and more.
Whether you’re adding a photo for the first time or updating your focus areas after an upgrade, here’s exactly how to get into your listing and make changes.
Step-by-step
- Go to life-coaches.ca/login.
- Enter your email (or username) and password, then click Log In.
- You’ll land on your Profile page. You’ll know you’re in the right place: the page title says “Profile,” and the web address looks like
/profile/your-username/. - Click the blue Edit button. This opens your listing for editing.
- Make your changes. Add a photo, update your bio, add your website or booking link, connect your social profiles, or adjust your focus areas — whatever you’d like to update.
- Click Submit Listing at the bottom of the form to save your changes.
Give it a moment
Changes are usually visible right away, but occasionally take a few minutes to appear on your live profile page. If you don’t see your update immediately, try refreshing the page or checking again shortly before assuming something went wrong.
What you can update
Depending on your listing package, you may be able to add or change:
- Your profile photo
- Your short bio and full profile description
- Your practice name and coaching specialty
- Your focus areas (up to 3 on a Basic listing, up to 5 on Founding Coach and above)
- Your website address
- Your booking or contact link
- Your social media profiles
- Session format, fee structure, and package details
- Your credentials and certifications
